  3. Return Shipping: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or a voucher for future purchases.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Replacement requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Cancellation Policy
